What would you say is the driver of this substantial change?

Is it:
- Their old model was smashed by the Panda update that came through? The Alexa.com stats seem to support this thought.
- They are moving closer to the Reply.com model?
- It is generally accepted that just having a &quot;directory&quot; simply isn&#039;t good enough any more, and that every local player needs to have a full range of digital services to offer to local merchants?

Fair chance it is all of the above.]]></description>
