‘The Social Media Management Evolution’ Report

Jed and I haven’t been blogging much because behind the scenes we have been researching and writing reports on Social Local Media business models. While researching the space, I was particularly struck by those companies that are riding on the back of the Facebook platform and building a “platform within the platform.” While the fragmented nature of this beast means there will be opportunity for numerous service providers, some of the companies we have profiled are rapidly building impressive beachheads, which should serve them well in the ongoing battle for digital marketing budgets.
