		<description><![CDATA[Because smartphones are expensive, few people can afford to buy another mobile device simply because it&#8217;s a newer version or even a better OS. When iPhone and Android users decide to upgrade their phones over the coming months and years they will now have just one more option to choose from.  I think the next generation of Windows Phones will prove to be an even greater competitor to Android and iPhone users. Windows was late to the party, but they did show up.]]></description>
