Both Seat Pagine Gialle and PagesJaunes Groupe are reportedly denying press reports that the French publisher has plans to acquired Italy’s Seat. Seat PG’s share price has risen today based on those reports, despite a broader market decline. The two companies are among the largest and most stable directory publishers in Europe.
