		<description><![CDATA[It sounds like this bill simply holds directory publishers accountable for the programs they claim to be voluntarily doing already. If that&#039;s the case, I don&#039;t see what impact this would have on publishers. It&#039;s like someone who drives 55 complaining about the implementation of a 55 MPH speed limit. 

The only way this would be an issue is if the print directory industry doesn&#039;t actually walk their own talk.]]></description>
