Hi Mike,

Barcodes certainly are hot. You probably know that RedLaser and Vision Smarts (that's us) license their barcode scanner to other developers.

With the new pic2shop app, we introduced a feature that will allow iPhone apps AND web apps to scan barcodes for free, taking advantage of the iPhone custom URL scheme.

All the documentation and sample Xcode project is available at http://www.pic2shop.com/developers/developers.html

Since pic2shop is free and has the best barcode scanner out there, you can expect even more barcode creativity.

Happy Holidays!
