Geodomain Biggies Launch Manicure.com Beauty Network

Vertical development is all about serving micro-segments that have been under-served by horizontal media such as Yellow Pages and newspapers. One area that’s been largely missed to date is the nail salon and hand care market.

And that’s exactly the next area of focus for The Castello Brothers, proprietors of the Castello Cities Internet Network of 1,000 geodomain sites. The Castellos have teamed with nail salon URL leader Fred Mercaldo to launch the Manicure.com Beauty Network.

Mercaldo controls 10 geodomain sites and 300 special interest domain sites, including a portfolio of 215 nail salon domain names such as ChicagoNailSalons.com, PhoenixNailSalons.com, etc. Working with the network, advertisers can target specific markets, regions or the entire country, says Mercaldo in a statement.
