i was advertising with yextfor nearly 19 months.
during this time,i let a lot slide.until,my add with them read
lcd and plasma tvs with a cracked screen can not be repaired
well they charged for these calls anyway.and thats where i drew the line
there was ten calls at nine dollars a call.and a total of 15 calls for tvs with cracked screens, information calls.and a few calls of tvs we dont repair under warranty.i called, and tried to get some of the calls removed
isent them an email, with the list of calls.so a few days later someone
from their office called me,twice.i said hello, hello, video doctor can i
help you.their was laughing in the back ground, and no one spoke.which
leads me to say this, you worke for me,not the other way around.and if you want my business.quit smoking crack.and treat your customers better
or you wont have any.and by the way, when i saw what i was billed for
i canceled the card, that was used to pay them with.when you guys get strait, give me a call.and i might pay you.

I signed-up for the YEXT CALLS service and like many who have, found out only too late what a scam this company is. Their software works horribly and they insist on billing you for all sorts of garbled and worthless calls. The YEXT SCAM interprets pay-per-action as making the gullible small business owner pay for the foolish action of signing up with their service.

Mike: Great review. You describe Yext Calls as patented rather then pending. That would imply they filed the patents 4, 5 or more years ago given the current backlog in the USTPO. Sound right? I am excited to read about the $25M venture round. Nice validation of the opportunity.
