However, in addition to making friend connections, LocalHow also connects users through their geo.  So upon signing up, users are automatically associated with one another via their local network.  Users can ask questions or seek advice from each other, often resulting in a recommendation (or referral) for a local small businesses and service provider.  LocalHow is developing a set of features to enhance how communities of people interact and share information.]]></description>
