		<description><![CDATA[Sebastian, I think that&#039;s certainly a part of the problem, but really only from an aggregation standpoint.  I can find local classifieds all over the place and I can narrow them down to where I live.  

The real insight from Jay here is &quot;This customer wants RESULTS FAST. They want to get information to their neighbors &#8212; who are also their customers.&quot;  The focus has always been on the ads themselves and collecting large numbers of ads and then bringing the people to the ads.  What hasn&#039;t happened yet is the aggregation of the neighborhoods and bringing the people together at the hyperlocal level.  Once you get the people together, then you can take the information to the neighbors.]]></description>

But there&#039;s one major technical problem right now with most &quot;classifieds&quot; content and it&#039;s the fact that it&#039;s not geo-tagged (or geo-rssed). It&#039;s very difficult to structure/display that content in a real geo-located environment.]]></description>
