You can reach local or reach national with other, more reliable services. The originator of local/national discount online TV advertising, Cheap TV Spots, produces quality TV or web ads, and airs them without tacking on additional commissions, and ABC, CBS, NBC or any broadcaster can provide a similar service. Spotrunner is venture funded and probably losing money, so it might not be too long before their plug is pulled. Does anyone have any insider info to substantiate this, or to set the record straight? Seems like lot's of investor-sponsored spin and rumors - but what's really going on?

If anyone knows of strong, new business development-oriented media salespeople that have been laid off please let me know, or recommend that they look into ReachLocal. Our business is rooted in the local market, and I truly believe that we continue to head in the right direction.

Thanks,
