I think there are many opportunities for startups to focus on niches within the mobile space. Mobile.LA (www.mobile.la) is certainly a niche play in the mobile space. Its association with Southland.LA (www.southland.la) makes it even more of a niche play. The next several months will see many new developments. Should be interesting.
