Are local business advertisers (particularly those in service professions) equipped with the resources and manpower to have a dedicated CSR to answer inbound Web calls?

Probably not.

It’s important to have options! A true pay per call solution should allow users a choice between making a VoIP call, receiving a click-to-call back, or dialing a local call tracking number.

Local advertisers, and their customers, should not have to download any software either to make use of these applications. It should be readily available with the click of a button from the ad listing.
