A â€œPlay it againâ€ mindset dominated the Yellow Pages Industry in general over the past decade. But the technology is for itself just a transport vehicle. Smart utilisation of new technology is the real leverage for leadership.
Leadership to be doomed soon in some places.

Changes in the industry were pain driven and not proactive, â€œcannibalisationâ€ is still the fear-word.
Finally, hope is not a strategy. Hope is a flat behavior pattern as well as pricing and revenue models are still flat. Hence, Yellow Pages have to escape flatland to co-lead this trend.]]></description>
