More on Zillow Free Listings; Plus, a Conversation With Spencer Rascoff

As we reported last week, Zillow has taken a significant step by offering free listings in its real estate maps.

Zillow has since provided a counter on its home page that currently lists just over 9,000 sale listings so far and a little under 5,000 “make me move” listings in only one week. Greg Sterling provides a breakdown by city. Expect sharp growth as many more individuals and real estate agents see value and take advantage of this.
